30-day return guarantee

We work very hard and do everything we can to make sure you are satisfied with your shopping experience at Felivecal.

It is important that you inspect your order upon delivery, please check that it is in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us directly for assistance. (Please provide pictorial evidence of product and packaging and your order number to identify damaged, defective or wrong items.)

Customers can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving the product. Refunds will be made through the same method you paid for (except for customized products).

Cancel

We accept order cancellations prior to product shipment or production. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

We cannot cancel an order if the product has already shipped.

Return/Exchange Conditions
  • All merchandise must be returned in original sale condition, unworn, washed or altered, with all tags still attached.
  • All items must be returned together with the original box. All items must be returned in one package.
  • Returns/exchanges must be made using the same service as the original delivery.
  • We can only accept returns/exchanges from the country the order was originally shipped to, for example, orders shipped to the US must be returned from the US
  • Customized items cannot be returned.
  • All clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Used products are not returnable.
  • Unfortunately, returns/exchanges are not free (if you receive a refund, the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund).
