We aim to process all orders within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may take slightly longer, but we do our best to ship your items as quickly as possible. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your shipping details.

shipping destination:
Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States. We do not support international shipping at this time. We deliver to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as APO/FPO military addresses.

estimated delivery time:
After your order has been shipped, standard delivery typically takes between 5 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Orders are shipped via trusted domestic carriers to ensure dependable delivery. While most orders arrive within the estimated window, unexpected delays caused by weather, carrier logistics, or other external factors may occasionally occur.

shipping fees:
We are proud to offer free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase requirement. Our goal is to make your shopping experience convenient and worry-free. There are no hidden fees, and you will never be charged extra for standard delivery.

order tracking:
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number by email so you can follow your package in real time. Tracking typically becomes active within 24 hours of shipment. If you do not receive tracking information, or if your tracking shows no updates for an extended period, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

lost or delayed packages:
If your package appears to be delayed or lost, we recommend first checking the tracking information. Occasionally, carriers may mark packages as delivered before they arrive. If the issue persists beyond a few business days, reach out to us at [email protected] and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure a satisfactory outcome.

address accuracy:
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to avoid delays or delivery issues. hcisd.store is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
